2. EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to facilitate the independent, impartial, transparent, effective, and fair out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and online traders.

The ODR platform may be used for disputes arising from online purchases or service contracts concluded with Tourak Unipessoal Lda.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, consumers may also have the right to submit disputes to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
ADR procedures are generally voluntary, impartial, and intended to resolve disputes without the need for court proceedings.
4. Portugal – Consumer Dispute Resolution Bodies
Consumers residing in Portugal may use officially recognized consumer dispute resolution entities, including those listed by the Portuguese authorities.

Before initiating an ODR or ADR procedure, consumers are encouraged to contact our customer support team directly in order to seek an amicable resolution.
6. Participation Statement
Tourak Unipessoal Lda complies with its legal obligations regarding consumer dispute resolution.
Where required by law, we will cooperate with competent ADR entities.
Nothing on this page limits the consumer’s right to seek judicial remedies before the competent courts.

This page and any dispute resolution procedures are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
